What is Self Care Week + 5 Reasons You Should Join

Have you ever bought a course with every intention of doing it but then life happened?

We know that feeling all too well.

When you bought “that course,” you didn’t plan for it to be another course sitting on your to-do list. Maybe you thought this was going to be the one you finally finished but it just didn’t happen that way.

Well, I’m excited to tell you that’s exactly what Self Care Week is for.

We don’t want our courses to be just another course sitting on your courseshelf.

So, what exactly is Self Care Week?

Self Care Week is a dedicated week where we go through one of our courses together at the same time, with support, and with a community of women who are in the same place as you.

This could be any course from Rituals, not Routines to The Personal Standards Playbook.

It’s not a challenge. There’s no leaderboard or no pressure to keep up with any one else during self care week. It’s simply a container — a week where the focus is on you, and the course content gives you something concrete to work through.

You show up. You do the work. And by the end of the week, you can say you did something for you

How it works

Each Self Care Week is built around one specific course. For that week, everyone, new students and returning ones, goes through the material together to implement what the course teaches.

There are check-ins, prompts to keep you moving, and a dedicated space to get feedback as you work through the content.

At the end of the week, you’ll have actually done the thing and did something to take care of yourself.

That’s what we call a win but there are a few more reasons we think you’ll love self care week.

5 reasons to join Self Care Week

Whether you’re thinking about joining an upcoming Self Care Week or you’ve seen testimonials from past ones, here’s why it’s worth showing up.

1. You finally have a reason to prioritize it.

When you sign up for Self Care Week you’re making a commitment to yourself. And having a start date, an end date, Having a defined start and end date and a group of women all beginning at the same time makes that commitment a lot easier to follow through with, which brings me to my next point.

2. You’re not doing it alone.

Most of our courses are self-paced, which means you’d normally go through the material on your own but not during Self Care Week. During Self Care Week, you have a whole community of women behind you working through the same content at the same time. Plus I’m there, virtually holding your hand so you can ask questions, get feedback, and feel supported as you learn something new. It’s the closest thing to a live experience without any of the pressure of showing up somewhere at a specific time.

3. You actually finish the course — and implement it.

That course that’s been sitting on your dashboard finally says 100% complete. And not only do you complete it, but you walk away having followed through and doing the real work.

Whether you already own the course and haven’t finished it, want a fresh run-through, or have been eyeing it and love the idea of community support, this is your reason to join.

4. You get celebrated for taking care of yourself.

When you complete the course and the specific outcome (creating your self-care non-negotiables, new rituals, standards, ect) during self care week, we shine a little light upon you.

You got the thing done and you deserve to be celebrated. You could receive bonus lessons or courses, store credit, a spotlight email to our community, a feature in Diaries, (our self care magazine), and so much more.

It’s small but it’s our way of saying thank you for showing up for you.

5. It’s one week. You can do it.

Trust us. We know you’re busy but . Self Care Week isn’t a month-long commitment or an overwhelming programme. It’s one focused week with bite-sized content designed to fit into your real life. Small, doable, and actually useful.

When is self care week?

After reading all of this, you might be wondering “When is it, and how do I join?

Our next Self Care Week is happening April 20–26, 2026, and we’re centering it around The Self Care Reset.

Over the course of the week, we’ll work through it together, helping you get clear on where your time and energy are actually going, which activities genuinely feel like self-care for you, and how to bring more of them into your everyday life. The Self Care Reset is designed to be completed in just 3 days, so with a full week and a community behind you, you’ll not only finish but walk away with a new approach to how you take care of yourself and maybe some new self care friends along the way.
