At the end of most days, what do you look at?
Your to-do list. Specifically, the things still on it and all of the things you didn’t do. And instead of ending the day feeling like you got things done, you inevitably feel like you didn’t do enough.
That’s why you need a Tada list, a list of everything you did do.
It sounds simple but this small tweak can completely change how you feel at the end of the day.

What Is a Tada List?
A Tada List is simple a list of things you did for that day.
Instead of ending your day staring at everything you didn’t finish on your to-do list, you write down everything you actually did. Your to-do list will likely always have something left on it, and if you tend to measure your day by what’s left on your to-do list, you will always feel behind or like you didn’t do enough.
This isn’t a productivity hack to help you see how productive you actually were. That’s not the point of this.
The tada list is here to show you the ways in which you did show up so you can give yourself a little credit because many of the things you did do weren’t even on your to-do list to begin with.
At the end of your day, or even in the middle of it, open your notes app, grab a scrap of paper, whatever’s closest, and write down what you did.
You can write it down as it happens or at the end of the day.
You write it down and you say… tada. ✨
And when you close your laptop or at the end of the day, you marvel at all the things you did do.
Because yes you , you did that!
Do it for a week and notice how differently you feel about yourself by Friday.

lol – Destiny I think this is absolutely brilliant and I am going to start doing a “Ta-da” list everyday!! Thank you so much for being here.!!
