- Enter only one business name per category
- Enter the official name of the business; entries with unintelligible, inappropriate, or invalid content or email address will be discarded
- You may nominate in as many categories as you’d like, however only one nomination form per valid email will be accepted
- To qualify for the final ballot, nominations must indicate a verifiable, independent locally owned/operated small business in the CSRA

The nominated business must demonstrate that they provided the product or service in that category in the year 2024 to be eligible for final ballot listing.

The voting for The Self Care Spotlight is a 2-phase process:
Phase 1: Nominations
During this phase you may submit your nominations for each category with open write-in nominations taking place.
The top 10 nominations in each category will move on to the Phase 2: Voting.
Phase 2: Voting
For the final round of voting, the top 10 nominees in each category will are listed in the ballot for this final round of voting
Voters (aka you) are asked select their favorite from among those that are listed on the ballot.
