You’ve officially stepped into a space designed for you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with you. For this 3 day workshop, we’re going to explore what self-care really means — and how to shift it from something you squeeze in (when life lets you) to something that supports you every single day.

How to Get the Most Out of This Workshop:

  • Visit us in the Meet & Greet! Introduce yourself — tell us where you’re from or why you signed up.
  • Engage with each other – comment, support, react. Your words might be exactly what someone else needs to hear.
  • Show up for yourself – this isn’t about doing it "right." It’s about making a tiny shift so you can give yourself the care you need.

I've found the prompts really helpful in this challenge and considering the blocks to self care - for me, I do the selfcare, but there's perfectionism or this urgency/chore feeling to it - its just done on autopilot!
