Hello, my name is Keicia, but everyone calls me Kiki.   I am a mother of 2 adult children and 1 teenage daughter and 1 teenage son.  My favorite self-care goes to is journaling and listening to music.  I have joined the community because I want to learn other ways that people incorporate self-care into their daily lives.
