A tad about me….
I seem to be a bit older than all of you, but even at this age and the life I find myself in, I don’t spend much if any time on self-care and that HAS to stop. I’m a 73-year-old grandmother raising two of my granddaughters who lost their parents. Mom in 2015 and Dad in 2020. One I have custody of. She just turned 17 and has multiple mental health issues although there has been great improvement in some areas over the past year. The other is 28 and has Cerebral Palsy so along with being her grandmother, I am her Guardian and Caregiver. We live with 2 dogs, 4 cats, 5 chickens and an indoor rabbit. So, I’m a bit on the busy side most days but I am glad to be here.
