Hi, I’m Sapna and I have lived in Southern California all my life. Interesting enough, I’m actually on my way to becoming a Meditation Teacher, Holistic Life Coach and Positive Psychology Practitioner and can’t wait and to be part of this community and program. I truly haven’t placed much attention to Self Care for myself as much as I should. But I now am ready to make a huge shift in my life and make self care my first priority. My favorite way to recharge is taking walks in nature, 10-15 minutes of meditation, doing home facials and drinking protein shakes . One thing I’m working on in my self-care journey is Journaling and working on my mindset, my thoughts and trying to be more positive in life and also seeing a Therapist. I joined the community because for some motivation, ideas for Self Care, to also learn from the community from their personal stories and to gain some personal growth along the journey.
