Each morning for 14 days, you’ll receive one self-care activity straight to your inbox. Every prompt is simple, supportive, and created to gently fit into your day.

Plus, we’ll even send you a daily dose of inspiration and encouragement to keep you motivated along the way. (This is most of our students favorite part.)

2. Reflect, Share, or Simply Be

You can move through the experience on your own or connect with the community by sharing your thoughts, reflections, or questions along the way.

There’s no right or wrong way to participate—this is your space to show up exactly as you are.

3. Root Into a New Sense of Self-Love

Over the course of 14 days, you’ll move through four core pillars of self-love.

At the start of this series I was scared because I never seem to find time for myself. I honestly had it in my head that this would not work for me. I would always put my wants and needs last. Doing these activities made me realize how important I value myself truly.

How does the challenge work?

Once you join, you’ll get instant access to the challenge portal and community space. The challenge officially begins this upcoming Monday, and for 14 days, you’ll receive a daily self-care activity delivered straight to your inbox. 

When will I get access?

You’ll get immediate access to the challenge portal and our community space as soon as you join. That means you can set your intention, explore the prep materials, and even connect with an accountability buddy before we officially kick off. The challenge itself starts on the upcoming Monday — so you’ll have a few days to settle in and get ready!

What happens if I get behind?

It’s totally okay! Life happens — and the good news is, you’ll have lifetime access to everything. That means you can catch up later, skip around, or revisit the challenge whenever it works best for you. resources, and community connection.

But we’ve also designed the program to help you stay consistent: with bite-sized activities and a challenge checklist. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with an accountability partner so you don’t have to do it alone.

How much time do I need to spend on the activities? I’m pretty busy.

Most self-care prompts take about 15 minutes, but there are definitely a few that will take longer. The challenge is designed to offer a mix — some quick wins, and some deeper practices that ask for a bit more time. But you’re always in control — you can adapt, pause, or revisit anything at your own pace..

Does this challenge require me to spend money?

There is a one-time cost to join the challenge, but the journey itself is designed to be accessible. Most self-care practices we offer don’t require any spending at all. On the rare occasion that a prompt does suggests a purchase, you’ll always find an equally thoughtful, no-cost alternative — because caring for yourself should never depend on your budget.

I am new on my self-love journey and I'm just getting started. Will this still work for me?

Absolutely! Whether you’re taking your first step into self-care or looking to deepen your practice, this challenge meets you exactly where you are. There’s no experience needed – just a willingness to show up for yourself.

How much support is included?

You won’t be doing this alone — support is woven into the entire experience. Inside the challenge, you’ll have access to our supportive community space where you can connect with others, ask questions, and share your journey. You’ll also have the opportunity to find an accountability buddy to cheer you on. While this isn’t a coaching program, you’ll feel guided every step of the way through thoughtful prompts, resources, and community connection.

What happens after the 14 days?

Your self-care journey doesn’t have to stop at Day 14 — in fact, it’s just the beginning.

You’ll continue to have lifetime access to all the challenge materials, so you can revisit your favorite prompts anytime you need a reset. You can also keep the momentum going with an optional 10-day extension focused on building confidence through gentle self-care practices or continue on with any of our other programs.
