Hello!! I’m Melinda and I live in Regina Saskatchewan which is in Canada just above North Dakota/Montana.  I am 52 and my husband and I recently separated as both of us are struggling with Mental health issues.

 I have 2 daughters, 20 & 17 and without them around as much and being on my own I am finding that I was amazing when it comes to taking care of others but now that I am focusing on myself…I have no idea?? One thing I’m working on in my self-care journey is  making it a habit. I joined because I think that having the support of a community generally makes things easier and I hope to learn from others and maybe one day my journey might help someone else!
