Hi, I’m Mandy
My favorite way to recharge is spending time with my rescue cats. One thing I’m working on in my self-care journey is to set boundaries. I joined the community because I don’t really have any friends or family that can assist me when I feel overwhelmed.
I have a very low self esteem and often feel obligated to make everyone else happy to my detriment. I feel numb and exhausted all the time and while I have tons of projects and goals, I can’t seem to muster the energy or focus to get things done.
