Hi, I’m Laura. I’m a precious, beloved daughter of the most high King! I live in the midwest US, and I have teen and young adult kids and one grandchild. I have lots of favorite ways to recharge – time with friends and family, time with God, listening to or playing music, exercising, walking or hiking outdoors, taking a hot bath, doing a puzzle, reading the Bible, praying. One thing I’m working on in my self-care journey is learning to discern what truly feeds my soul long-term rather than things that feel good in the moment but don’t have a lasting impact. I joined the community to see what it’s all about!
