THE RESULTS ARE IN. Your self care style is…

The Nurturer

Your self-care involves connecting with others and community. You find joy and fulfillment in nurturing relationships and often focus on the well-being of those around you.

"

everyone needs a friend like you

You’ve got some really cool superpowers.

You have an incredible ability to understand and share the feelings of others, making you a comforting presence in their lives.

Building and maintaining meaningful relationships comes naturally to you, and you find fulfillment in being a central part of your community.

Your selflessness and willingness to give without expecting anything in return are at the core of your nurturing nature and I’m sure it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Your routine needs flexibilty!

While your nurturing spirit is one of your greatest strengths, it can also lead to self-neglect. You may find yourself putting others’ needs before your own, which can leave you feeling drained or even resentful over time.

The challenge for The Nurturer is learning to care for yourself with the same compassion and dedication that you offer to others.

This often involves setting healthy boundaries—something that can feel uncomfortable but is essential for your well-being.

Your Action Plan

1. Identify Your Non-Negotiable Needs

Boundaries isn’t only about saying no but also deciding what you will and won’t allow within each area of your life. What are some things you can start saying no to to get your needs met?

2. Practice Expressing Your Needs

Did you know setting Boundaries is an act of self respect. When you set boundaries and stick to them you begin to trust yourself and have more confidence in yourself. Once you’ve identified your needs, share them when necessary.

3.  Audit your Friendships

It’s easy getting caught up in the idea of “being a good friend” that you may not notice when someone isn’t actaully a friend to you. Do an inventory check on your relationships to know which ones are and aren’t nourishing you.
