Send a Kind Message: Reach out to someone you love with a thoughtful text, voice note, or check-in to brighten their day.
Plan Your Self-Care Sessions: Take a few minutes to map out how you’ll care for yourself tomorrow—using The Self Care Studio.
Micro-Rest: Close your eyes, take five slow, deep breaths, and let your body soften. Give yourself the full five minutes to just be.
Recharge & Reset: Put your phone on Do Not Disturb and unplug for 10 minutes.
Journal Your Thoughts: Grab yourself pen and paper and write freely about your feelings or your day to clear your mind.
Declutter a Small Space: Organize your desk, a drawer, or a small corner to create a sense of order.
Nature Connection: Water your plants and take a moment to appreciate their growth and vitality.
Make a List: Reflect on your journey and write a list of things you’ve overcome to remind yourself of your strength.
Stretch It Out: Stand up and do a full-body stretch—reach your arms overhead, roll your shoulders, and stretch your legs to release tension and refresh your body.
Mini Learning Break: Listen to a short podcast or motivational speech to spark inspiration and gain fresh insights.
Build a Skill: Spend 15 minutes practicing a new skill you want to develop—whether it’s writing, painting, coding, or playing an instrument.
Press Play: Watch an episode of your favorite comfort show to relax and give yourself a well-deserved break.
Take a Power Nap – Set an alarm and take a power nap. You deserve rest.
Go for a Slow, Mindful Walk: Take a walk around the block and take in everything around you.
Get Creative: Grab some colors or a sketchpad and let your imagination flow—color, doodle, or draw freely.
Read a Book: Read a few pages of the book club selection “The Gifts of Imperfection” and share your perspective with the community.

Grounding Method: Name 5 things you see, 4 things you touch, 3 things you hear, 2 things you smell, 1 thing you taste.
Journal Dump: Grab a pen and paper and write down everything swirling in your head. Don’t worry about it being legible, just get it out.
Sensory Reset: Dim the lights, put on calming sounds, and take a few moments to just be still.
Pause & Acknowledge: Say out loud: “I feel really good right now, and I’m letting myself enjoy it.” and enjoy it. Take in the moment fully.

Capture the Feeling: Take a picture, make a short journal entry, or record a voice note about the present moment and the joy you feel.
Shake It Out: Stand up and shake your arms and legs for 30 seconds to physically release built-up energy.
Cold Water Reset: Splash cold water on your face or take a cold shower to instantly shift your nervous system.
Box Breathing: Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4, then repeat.
