3 day challenge
I just joined and completed my first challenge. I was glad I had extra time as I was not able to look at the material each day. And I had to go back and re-read day 2 again, as I noticed I was not being totaly honest with myself. Procrastination and numbing out tend to be my default mode. I re-committed to doing my yoga practice first thing in the AM. I find it really helps me emotionaly as well as physically. When I skip in the am I rarely practice later in the day as I say. Keeping the promises I make to myself matter.

Thank you so much for sharing this. We love that you gave yourself the space to go at your own pace and revisit what you needed.
