Hello,  I am Joan, in my mid 60's and beginning a life coaching business.  I get overwhelmed with all that starting a business entails and all the new things to learn and do all while juggling a a house, dog sitting business, and social connections.  I love what I do and my life.  Some days I do find myself in front of the computer forgetting to take breaks.  I have a regular yoga practice and I am always learning something new.
