Hi, I’m Michaela! I’m 25 years old and I couldn’t be more excited to be here with you all on our journey into Self Care. My favorite way to recharge is working in my Bullet Journal! It is my creative outlet and a way to get my ideas organized. One thing I’m working on in my self-care journey is prioritizing myself and learning to say no when I need to. I joined The Self Care Shift because I am looking for strategies on putting myself first. And maybe find some different Self Care ideas to try!

I tried bullet journaling but found that making it look pretty was too time consuming. I’ve been an avid journaler all my life. And I got some good ideas when it’s time to implement your idea. 😉
