Hi, I’m Tianna! I’m a 24 year old Jamaican and I love media and communication (so much that I started my own podcast). My favourite way to recharge is listening to a podcast while I colour or reading a book. One thing I’m working on in my self-care journey is giving my self grace for being on my own timeline and not “behind”.
