One of my projects this year is to create a Boundaries Playbook.
It’ll include real-life scripts, flowcharts, and practical tools for those tricky moments where you want to say “no,” but feel the pressure to say “yes.”
So I’m looking to find the most common situations where you find it hardest to set boundaries?
