I'm putting myself first by not working this week and just relaxing. Working on my crochet. Just being.
Just seeing this. So to put myself first I will ask myself what does my body need today. Does it need yoga or stretching or a do I need to walk?
To put myself first, I did the 802 Challenge yesterday! This encompassed walking up 802 stairs in the iconic tower of my city. Took an hour to do, but it felt good to give it a try! Putting my physical wellbeing first this week. Happy Wednesday everyone!

I started out this week sick so I must take care of myself in order to get back on track. Resting and only doing "must do" things for the rest of the week. The reason I am sick is from pushing too hard the last few weeks. It caught up to me.
I started a bible study group once a week for 2 months to get out of the house by myself and do something with other people.
