My three biggest accomplishments this year were;
• I built/redesigned my entire website and started a new self care membership. (and this community you’re apart of.)
• I finally found the help I need to help me feel good in my body. (Postural Restoration and Myofacial Release)
• I got really really good at my handstand. I'd like to learn to tumble so this is huge for me.
