When will I get access to the materials?
You will get access to all the materials for the Self Care Shift April 26th, 2025. Everything is delivered through your private course portal.
Is there a live component?
Nope! This is a self-led experience, which means you can move through the content at your own pace, in your own time—no hour long calls. However, you’ll get access lesson reminder and a supportive community to help you stay on track.
How long do I have access to the material?
You’ll have access to everything through May 11, 2025. If you want retain access to the lessons and community, you will need to upgrade to the full Self-Care Shift Experience. You can upgrade here.
