Wait, before you go…

If you’re someone who can never quite stick to their self care routine and are looking for a way to weave self-care into your day without forcing it, you’re going to love this.

Rituals, Not Routines

The course that teaches you how to build a sustainable self-care practice without rigid routines so you can finally stop forcing it and start responding to what you need in the moment – all for just $47.

A person with short brown hair is partially obscured by a sheer curtain. They are wearing a white collared shirt and a delicate chain necklace. A dangling earring with a small, translucent pendant is visible. The background is softly blurred, creating a serene atmosphere.

What if self care didn’t require a routine at all?

Tracking habits, building routines, trying to see just how many things they can do all for the sake of saying, “I’m taking care of myself” IS NOT self care.

Let’s be honest for a second.

If routines worked for you,
you wouldn’t still be searching for a different approach.

Every self-care “expert” tells you the same thing: Build a routine. Stick to it. Be consistent.

And every time you try, it works for maybe a week. Then life happens. You miss a day. Then two. Then you’re back to square one, feeling like you failed at something that was supposed to help you.

But wait… why are so many people obsessed with routines?

Good question.

Routines sound great in theory. They promise structure, consistency, transformation…

But routines only work when your life is predictable.

When you have the same schedule every day. When nothing unexpected happens.

And let’s be honest, when was the last time your life was that stable?

You’ve been blaming yourself for “failing” at routines, but… the routines were failing you.

Rituals are different. Rituals don’t require extra time. They adapt. They flex. They meet you wherever you are.

That’s why they work when routines don’t.

And the best part? You don’t need motivation to start.

A person elevates their style while sitting on a white chair, holding a glass of water. They wear a beige top, taupe trousers, and an olive-green blazer. Their nails are painted white, and their hair is long and loose. The setting appears calm and minimalistic.

So what happens when you stop forcing routines

Picture this: It’s Tuesday afternoon, and instead of feeling guilty about the meditation app you haven’t opened in three weeks, you’re making your coffee and doing a quick check-in… a ritual that takes 30 seconds and actually happens.

You’re moving through your day with small, intentional moments woven in.

You’re not following a perfect routine. You’re not checking boxes on a rigid to-do list. You’re simply showing up for yourself in tiny ways that actually fit your life.

And at the end of the week, you realize something surprising: you’ve taken care of yourself more in these seven days than you have in the past three months of “trying to stick to a routine.”

OHH, I’M LIKING THE SOUND OF THIS! 🤩

BEHIND THE COURSE

Hi [SFFIRSTNAME], I’m Destiny Holmes

Founder, friend, mom and very into all things self care except “self-care routines.”

I tried every morning routine, evening routine, and self-care routine I could come up with.

And you know what? I failed at all of them

Because routines don’t work for real life.

Real life is messy and unpredictable.

Some days you wake up energized. Some days you can barely get out of bed.

Some days you need movement. Some days you need rest.

And a routine doesn’t leave room for any of that.

So I stopped trying to force routines and started building rituals instead.

And you know what happened:

✨ I stopped feeling guilty when I didn’t do “the routine”

✨ I actually started taking care of myself consistently (just not in the same way every day)

✨ I gave myself permission to respond to what I needed instead of forcing what I thought I “should” do

Now I want to show you how to do the same.

SHOW ME HOW!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What’s the actual difference between a routine and a ritual?

A routine is the same steps in the same order every day. A ritual is an intentional practice you choose based on what you need.

Will this teach me a new routine to follow?

Nope! This teaches you how to stop relying on routines and start building a toolkit of rituals you can choose from. You’ll have structure without the rigidity.

I’ve tried “flexible routines” before. How is this different?

A “flexible routine” is still a routine. You’re just allowed to skip things sometimes. Rituals are a completely different approach, where you get to choose what you need instead of following a pre-set plan.

What if I’m brand new to self-care?

Perfect! You won’t have to unlearn a bunch of routine-based habits. This will help you build sustainable self-care from the start.
