What if I can’t finish during the week?
You keep lifetime access to the course after the week ends. The check-ins and community are live for the week, but the course is yours to keep.
Will this show me how to create a self care routine?
No but it will show you how to integrate self care into your day without needing a routine. 😉
I don’t have time to update this everyday.
The Reset is designed to be done in 3 days, about 20–30 minutes per day. There are currently 4 main lessons plus 4 bonus lessons. ( The bonus lessons do not have to be completed during Self Care Week).
What if I don’t have time for self care?
