To make The Self-Care Studio a regular part of your routine, you will want quick access.
In order to do this, we encourage you to save the studio to your phone or computer!

- On Desktop: Bookmark the page in your browser for easy access.
Navigating The Self-Care Studio
Inside the studio, you will find different sections, each supporting a different aspect of self-care:
- The first section you will find is the Self-Care Sessions. These are design to help you easily integrate self care into your day. Simply choose the amount of time you have available to dedicate self care and get numerous self care tips to try in the moment.
- Next, you’ll find the Mood Bar. It’s perfect for when you’re feeling off or need an energy boost. All you need to do is tap in, choose your mood, and get instant self-care tips to shift your energy.
- Lastly, we have the Reflection Room. This ****is your space to take a moment to pause and gain clarity. Whether you need a moment of self-reflection or a gentle reminder of your worth, you’ll find themed journal prompts and affirmations to help you reconnect with yourself anytime.

Like any self-care habit, consistency is key. Here is how you can integrate The Self-Care Studio into different moments of your day:
- Before getting out of bed: Start your morning with a quick check-in in the Reflection Room to set your intentions.
- During your lunch break: Do a Self-Care Session that fits your time to recharge before heading back to work.
- Between meetings or tasks: Use the Mood Bar for a quick energy shift when you feel overwhelmed or unmotivated.
- While waiting in the car: Instead of scrolling your phone, try a Reflection Room prompt to check in with yourself.
