As an affiliate, we know how important it is for you to receive payouts for the sales you accumulate. This section provides all the information you need about how the payout process works, including when and how you get paid, the payout structure, and cookie tracking.

Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 30% commission on all products, including memberships. For memberships, commissions will be recurring, meaning you will continue to earn 30% each billing cycle as long as the customer remains subscribed.

Payout Details

To ensure a seamless payment process, all commissions are paid out automatically on the 3rd of every month to your PayPal account. Please note that having a PayPal account is mandatory to receive payments.

To receive your earnings, make sure you have entered your PayPal account information correctly in your affiliate dashboard:

Log into your affiliate dashboard.
Navigate to the “Account” tab.
Enter or update your PayPal email address.
Save your settings to ensure smooth payouts.

Failure to provide a valid PayPal account may result in delays in your commission payments.

Payout Period

The 14-Day Self-Care Series Affiliate Program operates on a delayed payout system to account for any potential disputes, chargebacks, or necessary administrative processes.

Payouts are processed in USD on the 3rd of every month (or the next business day if the 3rd falls on a weekend or U.S. holiday).
While we have a no-refund policy, we hold funds for at least 30 days before releasing them to affiliates.
Example Payment Timeline:
- On March 3rd, you will receive commissions for all sales made in January.
- On April 3rd, you will receive commissions for all sales made in February.
- This rolling system continues month to month.

This ensures accuracy and fairness in tracking all commissions while maintaining program integrity.

Cookie Duration & Tracking

Affiliate tracking is a crucial part of ensuring that you are credited for your referrals. Our system uses cookies to track customer purchases made through your affiliate link.

Cookie Duration: 180 Days
This means that once a prospective customer clicks on your unique affiliate link, any eligible purchases they make within 180 days will be attributed to you.
Even if they don’t purchase immediately, as long as they return and make a purchase within the 180-day period, you will receive credit for the sale.

This long cookie duration allows you to maximize your earning potential from leads that may take longer to convert.
