Nope. I’ll show you options and you can use whatever works best for you. Notes app, a journal, Google Docs, whatever you prefer.

Isn’t this just… patting myself on the back?

Not at all! This is about taking care of yourself and your mental health. It’s giving yourself the same kindness you’d give a friend who was doubting herself.

I don’t have time to update this everyday.

I already journal.  Is this the same thing?

Not quite. Journaling is for processing thoughts and feelings. Your Evidence File is specifically for collecting proof of your worth and progress. And since most of us have moments where we forget we’re doing okay, this gives you something tangible to look at during those moments.
