Hi,
My name is Nolu, and my favorite way to recharge is to meditate. I am not always consistent with it, but I’m learning to create routines that allow me to meditate more. One thing I’m working on in my self-care journey is to speak up for myself more. I joined the community because I recently became a single mom and realized that I have never really focused on taking care of myself, and I need to do so now.
